Jessica cut her teeth in the electronic music industry by getting her start in Toronto, spinning for TSA and Civil Defence alongside Toronto's finest disc jockeys in electronic music. She may be London's newest NU-NRG dj, but Toronto scouted her before London even had the chance. Trixie Firecracka has rocked both London and Toronto crowds with Hard Dance Styles. Jessica most recently has been appealing to the taste of the local crowd and spins Nu-Skool Breaks under the name Mary Jane Baker.
CORROSIVE FEEDBACKAcid Techno
Matthew Heersink made his debut live appearance in Toronto early 2006, rocking Toronto for nearly 3 hours with his choice of dirty pounding acid techno. Having been influenced in style and musical tastes by the highly respected "forefathers of techno" D.A.V.E the Drummer and Chris Liberator, Corrosive Feedback will take you to a whole new level of bassline. MARK THE MECHANICBreaks
Mark is one of two djs that execute battle style turntablism within an electronic dj set in London. He has had a huge part in organizing a very successful weekly event at Spotlight nightclub, and has been playing at least once a week in London. He's also performed turntablism ‘scratch battle' showcases with djs who wish to challenge his skill.
DJ MYTHDnB / Jungle
Sean is a dnb/jungle specialist, with wide ranges of styles and tracks to fit into any crowds flava. He’s been in the scene for 8 years, and has been djing for four. If you’re looking for quick mixing, severe beats, and heavy bass, you need not look further. He shows great support for all the locals, pretty much attending anything and everything this city has to offer for electronic music. He also promotes/hosts shows in London, making sure the bass is constant, and the people get their fix of the music we are all passionate about!
KLONEZHardstyle
Dima, aka KLONEZ has become the hottest new hardstyle sensation, in London, and with good reason. He has a genuinely unique style, and he delivers it with precision and a high energy, captivating stage presence. Not only is DJ KloneZ a great DJ, but he's been cutting his teeth in the production field as well, and is known for his wicked producing style. His tracks have been played at parties as far as Taiwan (Ministry of Sound) and Netherlands (Guss records). Dj KloneZ also receives frequent invites to play live radio sessions for thedjsourceradio.com, chrw94.9fm, and currently hosts his own show on evolutionfm.
JAXXHard Trance
Jaxx is the founder of RAVETASTIC, one of London's most successful rave production companies, and is London's veteran trance/NRG dj. He's played amongst many internationally known dj's and for years, has provided London with many great nights of entertainment. Jaxx takes Hard Trance to a whole new level.
WENDY LAWQueen of Breaks
With the guidance of Phoenix Nightclub resident, DJ Sugar Ray, Wendy excelled at the art of djing and quickly became known amongst London's growing scene. It didn't take long for London's top promoters to recognize Wendy's sound, immediately earning her a residency at Spotlight Nightclub. Wendy's diverse breakbeat sounds have been heard in nightclubs and bars all over the city as well as Lost Nightclub in Hong Kong. Some bad-ass basslines with a touch of female flare is what you can expect from this natural-born DJ.
JIMMY HASHHardstyle, Breaks
Residing out of London Ontario, Jimmy HasH is starting to break out and make a name for himself as a DJ. Hidden away tuning his skills, he has finally started to showcase what he can really do. Making various appearances at Soldiers of Sound events and the past 2 Ravetastics, people are starting to realize that Jimmy's mixing skills are the real deal. Using sleek, stylish and unique mixing to blend Trance, Hard Trance, Hardstyle and Breaks. Not only are his mixing skills top notch but his track selection is second to none. Driving Basslines and Killer Melodies is man's signature style, he drops unforgetable tunes which leave you in awe and wanting more. Not knowing what lies ahead, this man is definately guided by rhythm.
DJ A.W.O.L.Hard Dance, DnB
After his first live set at WEMF 2006 in a small renegade tent, Andrew rocked the dance floor at spotlight night club, july 29th 2006. Introduced into the club scene at 17 at an all ages events in London Ontario, Andrew began studying local favourites such as Klonez and Lady Bass by observing their techniques at local parties. He had a fierce determination to learn the craft and his insationable love of the music is evident when he is behind the decks. A powerful drive to learn and improve provides him an ever changing style of music. Andrew plays for the crowd and provides a fresh look in hardstlye, hard trance, and dnb.
NEBULAEVocal/Funky/Prog House
Recently nebulae moved from Hamilton where he played at the O-Ultralounge Every Fri & Sat. Nebulae enjoys spinning , progressive house, funk, techno, deep house and soul. He likes to keep it really upbeat. Recently he has started building up a home studio and started creating my own tracks. Influences are Rick Pier O'niel, Kult, V-Sag, Hatiras, Bad Boy bill, Antoine Clamaran, dj Funska and dj Mattlok From K- town.
PHIKTICIOUSDrum n Bass
As a Drum & Bass DJ, Phikticious plays the most recent styles including neurofunk, techy rollers and tech-step. He has a huge respect for 'dub' and enjoys to play it from time to time. Phikticious goes through a unique progression of styles in his mixes and during his live shows/preformances. DR. CHRONIC LOGICHard Techno/House
Dr. Chronic Logic likes to seperate himself from the usual genres by spinning a unique style that is influenced by hard techno and funky hardhouse. He takes pride in his trackchoice and enjoys mostly playing energetic tracks with heavy, rollong pounding basslines. He feels his key techniques are through his technical mixing skills by blurring the line between many 4x4 genres. His maiun influences were Lisa Lashes, Madam Zu, Mauro Picotto & Henry Cullen.
